How to register as a supplier

At present, all suppliers are required to submit copies of their registration application and supporting documentation as hard copies. Please follow the steps below to register as a supplier on the Moqhaka Local Municipality’s supplier database:

Download and complete the Application form including Invitation to register on supplier database and MBD 4 form for declaration of interest Select a maximum of five industry keys from Annexure B that best describe the product or service that you will offer as a supplier.

NB!! Moqhaka Local Municipality further invites all prospective service providers within the jurisdiction of Moqhaka Local Municipality to register on the Central Supplier Database in order to do business with all organs of state within the Republic of South Africa at https://secured.csd.gov.za

Deliver the application documentation in person or by courier to:
